Lack of leadership. Everyone just gave up and quit the alliance. It then took and new alliance member to try and somewhat salvage our alliance which never did happen. Also, I would prefer to have some of my alliance members close to my area. Granted I would be willing to move out to where the majority of the people are, but would like someone close that I could help and visa versa
